What are your hours?
We’re here to serve you Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm or you can contact us 7 days a week from 8am-9pm!
Can we buy our own service parts?
No, you must buy all service parts through us since we warranty and service our own parts and appliances. We also want to ensure you are receiving quality reliable materials.
What area do you cover?
London and surrounding area.
Do you install water softener?
Unfortunately we do not install water softener. We do however install water heaters, tankless and conventional .
Do you do service on older units?
Yes, we do service older units or we can replace them with newer ones.

Do we offer financing?
Not at the moment, however we are looking into it!
Do we offer FREE quotes?
Yes, if you reside in London and it's surrounding area, we will come measure the job and you won’t pay a dime for it!
Do you do FREE estimates?
yes we do estimates free of charge in London ON and surrounding area.
How much are service calls?
Service calls are $120 for the first hour. An additional $100 per hour after that (as well as the cost for service parts.) The price may vary based on the issue (tax is not include in this price.)
What is the cost for maintenance?
Maintenance is $175 and should be done once a year on each appliance to make sure everything is running smoothly. Maintenance includes new filter and complete clean of your appliance.
